You will laugh at this!!!!! Took the mrs's car to kwikfit for the 6th or 7th time Brakes squealing like ****!! Anyway they tried blaming it on my braking, saying that we break to hard, by the way the car is a daewoo Lanos 1.6 16v, Which use vauxhall brakes and i seen a sign up in the window which was there when i first got the breaks done but didn't realise that daewoo use vauxhall parts so i asked why they don't put them on and they told me they don't fit the daewoo (I think talking out there ass) anyway they have turned round to me and said they will not do anymore work on the brakes yet when i first got it done 2 - 3 months ago i got 12 month guarantee on the pads and life time guarantee on the disks. What would you lot do if they started squealing again

threaten them tp fix it or else they'll hear from watchdog / trading standards / ombudsman.

they'll fix up and look sharp. You are entitled to warranty...and it's in writing too.

I know i am entitled to warranty and for them to give me it then take it away they just don't know what they are on about anyway time to play hardball.
