It really pisses me off when we have gone through so much crap following every law to get her legally in this country and people like that turd get anybody in just cuz they can... we have kids, a house, and all that stuff...shes been living here for 3 years and can't get a full visa till next july...

But...She wasn't seeking asylum, so the fact she wasn't being persecuted in her home country is beside the point.

No m8...no **** takin here..
She has a visa thats called a marriage visa, if anything happened to me, my wife would be booted out of the country... not fair at all as the kids are british..
We have to be married for two and a half years before she gets a propper visa...
Which affects so many things.. its a complicated matter...
To top it all off, my wife is an American...I thought we had such an amazing relationship with America ??..
Two years ago we had to go out to America for a month and we had to leave the kids behind, to get her visa sorted out from there as she was not allowed to stay in the country any longer under the visa she had.. it cost us thousands... and it was all touch and go whether she would be allowed to come back here... and for that prat to be handing them out to anybody just because he can.. whether he sees it coming or not, he needs a Twa*ting
