Yes the tow bar bit, not the best pic but it has three holes two of wich have bolts through. I guess the tow bar fits to the bit shown and folds up aswell as being detachable (the detachable bit is not a guess ).

I've looked at loads of towbar pages trying to see what make it is. Wondered if it was standard fit or if anyone recognised it.
