I recently paid £6595 for a Y reg (2001) Bravo 80sx. So yes I think that's a VERY GOOD price.

i knw. but i intend to keep the car for as long as poss, but i knw what u mean. mods dnt really add to the value of the car, but it makes it look better than standard, thats wat i thinks neway. i am sure nigel will wana have his say on this!!!!

Hiya Amit...OK my say!
Do not buy a Bravo and spend as much time, money and effort as you did before on a family hatchback. If you want to be "different" buy auto trader and look at what you can get for your money. I have sen a Maserati BiTurbo for £4,500 this week... that will blow everything this side of KFC to pieces..think about it...

I have bought a JaguarSport XJR-S for less than the price of the new base Stilo which has 338BHP and will blow a lot of things into oblivion! And the insurance is cheap(ish!) because it is standard!

Don't do it !!!

Buy a Marea 2.0l 20v weekend like mine, sorted car, pretty fast and not many on the road. Just put on some 17"s, drop it and a nice exhaust.
But if u must then its ok buy the bravo????

Insurance Group

Dont worry about the group, just get a quote and then compare it with the amount of money it will cost you in mods and the additional premiums thereafter.

On something like a BiTurbo, you can get classsic insurance etc

Also, you never did answer the question as to whether you insurance company knew about the mods to your last car..... If they did then surely you wouldn't be bothered about the group as it has no bearing?
