look in local papers or car mags or yellow pages for milage correction services, its very easy, only takes 5 mins with a laptop, and its legal for some strange reason, but selling a car when you know the milage is innaccurate is not legal, unless you tell the new owner it is inaccurate. how daft. the cost varies, usually about £20.
