Ok, I'm a real noob if it comes to engines. If I would be standing in front of a Grande Punto 1.4 xxV looking at the engine, how would I be able to tell if it's a 8V or a 16V? Pictures are welcome!

Thanks!:D

No here you have the Dynamic 1.4 8V and 1.4 16V. I know it has 8 more valves but how can I see that?

well an 8v engine is narrower on top and the spark plugs will be on one side of the engine.the 16v will be wider at the top with the spak plugs in the middle.

what are you worried your dealer going to try and short change you on valves? :p
