i agree i will try other stuff when i get photo shop but until then ill just have to make do lol

crappy vista i wouldnt recomend it to any1 yet there is to many flaws yet i think it was released to early.

You mentioned speaking to Angel Tuning. Unfortunately I will not be doing this.

This is your idea and your mag and is NOT part of BOO. However, BOO can be approached for any questions or features you may have in it but will not be taking part in the running, production or the promotion of your idea.

As mentioned earlier I will give any help where I can but the running is to be kept completely seperate from BOO.

Didnt Angel Tuning have a full 2 page spread in Auto Italia last month??
As they've already been featured in a well known national magazine, they have pretty much been displayed to the target audience.
Angel Tuning is a reasonably well known company anyway

Hey Donnylad, if you're planning on selling them as cd's at shows, if its an auto italia event, im not sure that your average ferrari/alfa owner is going to be interested in a cd mag of modified bravo's... If its somewhere like Trax or Donny, then surely the target audience is already covered by magazines such as Max Power.
Also, once they've read the magazine, what are they gonna do with the cd?? If its paper, it can be recycled...

In addition yo will need a trade licence to sell at the shows and not just an average ticket.

Trade tickets usually cost about £1000 per show. Unfortunately I will not be able to allow the sale from any BOO stand

Donny lad.. how about this as an idea....


you will need to get permission from wimmy but if your really set out to make a feature page of people's bravo's then why not offer ur tallents to members by making them a personnal page with a pic of their car and the extra's and see if wimmy will load that up into the members car section on BOO.


Now you will not have any copyrights on the pages as they will be owned by BOO and the member BUT you will prob get a big thankyou from the member and maybe get ur name mentioned on the members page too

Sounds like a much better idea than a CD magazine.

There would be no target audience for a CD mag like this.

Hundreds of modified mags exist, Max power, redline, revs etc.

If the mag is too specific e.g Bravo's or Fiat's, then people would probably rather just get the information for free off sites like this.

Good on you for the motivation to want to do something like this, and perhaps the members section on here could do with a fresh coat of paint.

lol i see what your saying the best thing to do with the members page would be to try and get your car pics with only the cars in the pic eg like the car park shots,

i know this can be quite difficult sometimes but a good shot makes all the difference with the presentation.

i would do the members page for free as this site has helped me on more than 1 occasion it would be nice to give something back if it was wanted, but i couldnt do anything untill i get a better photo editor wich shouldnt be long now
