Did you get a code eventually? I'm looking for a code for the same exact model radio...

Model nr: 7355261540
Series nr: 28443743

Delphi radios can't be decoded from the serial number. Only way is to read an EPROM chip inside the radio. Alternatively, if it's the original radio fitted to the car when it was produced, you may be able to get the code from a Fiat dealer.
