Hi everyone, I have a Delphi F199BT car radio that no longer finds the frequencies, probably a fault with the tuner or some button that doesn't work properly

What do you mean by 'does not find frequencies'?
No radiostations reception? When you set a frequency manually to one of the stations you know, do you hear the radiostation, or just a noise?
First of all check and confirm you've selected FM!
If just a noise, check the antennae - it needs to be properly grounded to the car body.
Try to unscrew the it - first the antenna itself, then the base and check for oxidation on the contacts.
Take out the radio and check if the antenna cable is connected.
