Deleting phone numbers from Blue and Me. How?

Hi all, tried searching on this but to no avail and I can't seem to see anything in the manual about it so excuse me if its just that I am blind... but how do I delete the phone numbers from the phonebook on my GP when I come to sell it on?

hi, go to settings, user data, del phonebook, and src/ok to confirm!!

just copied it out of the handbook!!!
