deisel gauge

hi there

can u tell me how to fix my deisel gauge cos it seems faulty! when i start my car it shows the correct amount of deisel then when i drive off it falls to empty with yellow light showing...any ideas? also can some1 tell me how to adhust the headrests cos they dont budge wotsoever...im just a new owner of a bravo tds 75

The gauge is loosing conntact in the boot. Lift the boot carpet, take off the plastic cap and unplug and plug again the connector - and trythe dash slaping method.

Head rests - you just pull them out for adjusting the hight
