You know if YOU SEARCH THE FORUM you will find all this stuff
All cento chips take a few miles before they "learn" the engine even the stock ones. Mick recons that 100 miles should be enough but as it is a learning process if anything else isn't quite right it might never work it out
for 40mm TB's check FAQ's ticker is out of stock at the mo but if you send him a stock one he will convert it and send it back with gaskets and spacer for £80
BUT IF YOU'D SEARCHED YOU WOULD KNOW THIS
