:)Greetings to all, I will explain the problem that I have in my Fiat Scudo 1.9TD 1999 year. In the dashboard, speedometer "servo motor" does not work me not the odometer "digital display" but working perfectly the rest, temperature, fuel tank capacity liters and engine rpm. The official shop told me it was the instrument cluster problem for which they asked me 800 €, I saw it too and I do not jibe with the problem of the breakdown. I think if you do not check the speed and I do not mind the Km I tend to think that the pulses do not arrive to the electronic box. Digging in the wiring diagrams that I have to locate the sensor get out of doubt, the workshop was told that the speed sensor shows engine rpm, is it?. I Probe also to connect ELM327 diagnosis in the appropriate socket but no way to communicate, I think that is an old model vehicle and not in current standards or if you do have ECU, anyone with a Scudo of these features could give me a cable and find out. sorry for my English.
Regards and thanks in advance .

Hello there,
I had a problem with my 2000 2.0 JTD with the temperature gauge not working. I bought an ELM327 bluetooth adapter and downloaded Torque Lite software for my phone and used that with an old phone for the gauge. I also set it to give me a rev counter, gps speedometer and ecu speedometer which worked really well. If all you want is to know the speed that will give you it.
I could tell you by private message which adapter I bought if you wish (so long as that doesn't break forum rules?).
I don't know if that helps you but I hope so.
Cheers,
Richard.
