Sedici Dashboard mpg readout

Hi All

My first attempt posting so be tolerant! I've had over 25 cars in my lifetime and just bought my first Fiat - a Sedici Diesel. Happy so far but have a problem setting the MPG readout. It shows either lt/km, or Avg Lt/10km, or blank. I can't find out how to get mpg? Any advice?

Also - anyone know where I can get a workshop repair manual which I can access from a Mac computer?

RW420 seems to be for 2.0 petrol, RW416 for 1.6 petrol, and RW419 for 1.9 diesel.
