I need to replace light behind heating control but difficulty removing facia. Can anyone advise?

You need to remove the Radio (Fiat dealer - free), then remove the two screws behind that. There are two further screws under the plastic caps at either end of the trim strip that houses the fog light switches (slide these off to the side). There is another screw behind the Fan speed selector (pull selector knob off), and two further screws at the bottom of the fascia above the ashtray.

Mileage lcd panel light

The light behind the little mileage lcd panel has stopped working. Any idaes of how to get to it?

Re: Mileage lcd panel light

You'll have to remove the whole set of dials. Not sure how complicated this is on one of these. You might have to removed the steering wheel to get enough access. This is not really a DIY job as the Airbag needs to be unplugged following a certain procedure. Could be done by your FIAT dealer, but i'd try a decent Auto electics place first as they often carry the equipment to reset the Airbag and will know how to deativate it safely. Get a quote up front though, and as long as it is just a bulb gone, they should stick to it. I need to get mine out at some point, as the FIAT monkeys at the factory wired the door open warnings up the wrong way round for the rear doors!!! Doh!!! Makes you wonder really...
Let me know how you get on..
