dash bulbs

I've had one of the bulbs blow on the dashboard. It looks to be the one that is behind the fuel gauge.

I seem to remember someone saying they are soldered on, and so a new one will need to be soldered on in place of it? Is this correct? or is it just a case of getting to it and plugging a new bulb in?

mate they just screw in.Strip ya dash/clocks out (bit filldy getting the plugs off) but once you get to the back,the black plastic over clips off and will reveal your bulbs.They just twist
I had to replace a few,i got a bag full spare lol
