General damn weber carbs!!

I bet that's a more powerfull carb than the 32tlf.

That it be, also a beautiful waste of fuel! Max i can get is 37mpg.

Now for the good news! I seem to have solved the problem with a bit of italian mechanicism! I removed each jet individually and blew throught them, then stuck a straw down the hole they came outa and blew till i was blue in the face! PROBLEM SOLVED!! lol Mayb i should change this thread to "gotta love weber carbs!!"

Hopefully i'm not being premature on this, will probly cack up again or summit!

Get a new fuel filter on it on the pipe prior to the carb so it don't sh*t up again also check on the carb for a built in filter I know the 32's have one but not sure on yours.

Im sure i have a weber carb spare in my garage attached to a head with manifold if you need it pm me and you can have it if needed.I think it suits 998cc models.

My carbs all sorted now, not sure the weber for the 999cc is applicable for the 965cc ohv, but thanks anway!

Ive changed the fuel filter now, and it seems to be running a dream! The small built in filter that is right where the fuel pipe enters was cleaned out a month ago, but i shall do it again, if i dare risk fiddling now that it works fine! Probly best leave it me thinks.
