Hi there I'm thinking of swapping my 500 sport to a 500e. I do 40 mile's a day back and forth to work (Ebbw vale to Newport). Will a 500e be a good fit or will I need something with a bigger battery, thanks in advance.

Only you can answer that. Can you charge at home? At that mileage you’ll most likely get three days even in winter, four at a push in summer but I’d charge every night if you can. Great little cars, big step up from an ICE 500.

Perfect. A 32A charger will cost from around £1000 installed but that can vary a lot depending on your installation. Or you can have an outdoor 13A socket installed and use a granny charger. Only difference is how fast the car charges.
