Does anyone know who can cover the plastic with alcantara or leather to give that luxury feel?

Any decent trim shop should be able to handle the task.

I've seen and sat in a few a Lotus Elise's that have been re-trimmed by them and the work is absolutely stellar. Makes Ferrari and Maserati trim look shabby and mass produced. And they're not that expensive.
