First post I know but been lurking for a while. I suspect my cruise stalk is not functioning correctly, just had codes read and P0579 cruise activation error shows. Even after clearing the error and moving the stalk it re appears. Brake and clutch switches appear to work correctly.
My suspicion is the stalk itself so how difficult/easy is it to change? Does the steering wheel need to come off or can it be removed from underneath with the relevant covers removed. Any help or advise greatly appreciated.
