Technical Cruise control readout

so i have a 2018 2.3 130 hp Ducato. when i use the cruise control there is no digital read out of speed on the small LCD in the dash.

I had a 2017 boxer before this Van and when CC was activated it would show the set speed.

is this again down to my van may be a late 2016 early 2017 job?

Although they are made in the same factory there are differences between Boxers and Ducatos and this may well be one of them.
