Hi,

I have a croma when moving at low speeds like 10mph for example like when you are parking in a carpark. It seems to be making a knocking / donging noise not loud but you can hear it when I turn the steering wheel. It seems to be at the front on the car (I think)

But when doing normal driving on roads it doesn't make the noise

Thanks in advance

Could be the turret bearings a bit tight or beginning to seize, when you turn the steering it is the spring slipping on it's seat that creates a 'bonging' noise, I would get someone to listen while you turn the steering wheel. I get a similar noise on mine, ever since I changed the front springs with after market parts they don't seat in the strut perfectly but it doesn't bother me.

Yeh its a bonging noise and not very oud, but nothing happens when i go over speed bumps etc or if i go slightly quicker.
