ok, you win! lol. your throne is saved.
realistically the bhp and compression varied wildly as the timing worked its way out so easily and regularly on these cars. I remember my mum had one when I was ikkle. I remember we had to roll it on the hill we lived on to get it started in the morning. If we ran out of hill, we had probs. The gearbox linkage was also repaired courtecy of a cleverly bent wire coat hanger too. Passed plenty of MOTS and did several thousand miles with it too.
