Technical Creaking door catches/locks

Good evening everyone, ive done the searches because this creaking is really starting to annoy me!
Anyhow, i tried the electrical tape around the catch and it hasn't worked, it's too far gone.
I saw someone mention that there may be a modified catch now? Is this true?
And is the next step new catches to fix this?

Some white spray grease worked for me, some on the striker and some in the lock mech

Mine were replaced under warranty after around 18 months.

The dealer told me Fiat had modified the part but i have no idea what the difference is, it worked though
