Crash damage advice needed

Hi all,

I need some expert advice on how to proceed with this damage to the upper front support. I can think of a couple of solutions.
1. Grind away all the existing welds and replace the entire piece.
2. Cut the support before the damage and weld on a good peice from the wreckers
3. Bend it back into shape and hope it's aligned so the front quarter panels, radiator support, and headlight mounts are all in the right place.

There is no damage to the chassis or any structural components.

Hi,
it looks too twisted to come back well,
IF you can get a replacement, then welding that in it's place is probably the easiest / safest option,

I have to agree here, it looks to mangled to be bendable to a near straight condition

plus once its bent and weakened, in another bump it'll just fold over again

So i would yes - cut and weld another one on i think

Thanks for the input. I'll try to source a replacement to weld in place. Shouldn't be too hard to find.
