I find that on long journeys I need to drive quickly, or get off the motorway and thrash some B roads as a break, as its just soo boring driving for 100's of miles at the same speed, I'm not saying speed, I;m just saying drive to the limits of your car (minus safety margin for the tossa coming th eother way on a mobile phone).
