Just bought my winter car,a bright yellow puma  .
Tried to insure them both but they wanted a lot more to insure the ford than the fiat because of having no no claims on the ford.
I managed to get the insurance swapped so I have 2 weeks left on the fiat and a year on the ford.......sounds complicated but I planned on storing the fiat during winter anyway.
Getting it resprayed next week and then put into storage for the winter .
Also getting the wheels refurbed so it is looking nice ready for next summer.
ps....this was the last coupe I had so how could I resist the yellow ford :D

I had a yellow 16vt, must say that yellow one in the above pic is a sight for soar eyes:)

Bet your sorry to see ya coupe go?

The way the coops are rusting away, it's probably a very good move! I'd store mine if I could. Puma is a good car anyway (y)

Soon as I start my new job im having a total rebuild of the engine, plus alot more power and torgue:D

Plus a full respray and if there is any rust or rot that will be done too:)

at the moment there is no rot or rust thats visable, may be bits under the car but it in good condition.

No matter how bad it gets if you put the money in you can always get it back too how it should be.
Might be skint for a bit tho:bang:

may be right
My Y plate cost me £2000 in Jan 2010 and it was a stormer and in the last year,I have spent about £4000 on things that did not need doing.
Bottomless pit if you ask me but it makes me happy.
I also think that this is part of the reason there are so many coupes being scrapped.People buy them and then realise how much they really cost to keep after paying peanuts for their 160mph super car.
Welcome to the real world of coupe ownership I say
