Punto (Mk2/2b) Corkys Black Punto 1.2.

Introduction

This is seriously undergoing surgery soon cant wait to get stuck in and do everything i want to do i have the list i have already done some jobs... 17'' Alloys, Focus Induction Kit, LED Lights etc but i will keep you people updated...
Re: Corkys Black Punto 1.2

I have tried twisting and turning etc but they are really badly aligned.... is there like a garage you can go to? also when i indicate or put the hazards on when the indication light goes off the rings come on when the hazards go off the rings come on in sync so they are both flashing in sync this is a wiring problem i know eeee people these days eyy!!

mate any MOT garage will align your headlights probly only £5 takes 2 secs honest...as for the halo with indicator problem i had same when made my own set the main beam flashed with indicator...it was corrosion in the connector just spray WD40 in the connector and dont dry it out quickly connect it...if that fails i also had a bad rusty earth terminal which i replaced and was fine(y)

Re: Corkys Black Punto 1.2

no offense, they really dont suit the car ;)

something a bit more subtle would look ace :D

still, a nice car though

Totaly agree with you they deffo do not suit the car for what ever reason i think the problem is there two spaced out you need more spokes or what ever you call them in it i dont know a lot about cars i am only 15 but totaly agree with this guy them wheels dont suit that car but looks nice you put a kit or anything on it?

Re: Corkys Black Punto 1.2

But thats the big problem i have had what 3 cars since i was 16 and i always have to get like 5 spoke wheels heres the pics of the 3 cars ive had, im not a multi-spoke person i like the alloys to be honest its something different got plans for the car:

- Colour coded sporting bumpers
- De-Badge
- Rear tints (possibly)

so your removing the kit ?
maybe you should try some smaller alloys before you take it off,and see how it feels then

Re: Corkys Black Punto 1.2

After driving round for like an hour i changed my mind AGAIN im keeping it my gosh its GOOD sooo quick and better handling i put my 14'' steelies on (y) selling the Konigs i want some 15'' sporting alloys but i have ONE PROBLEM

to me it sounds like i have a boot full of budgies the rear of the car is soooo squeeky :S like somethings rubbing the rubber on the springs the guy said it could be the bushes in the shockers BUT its defo springs to me when i got out of the car i opened the boot and bounced on the car and its was squeek squeek hmmmm.... would this just eventually wear off?

Re: Corkys Black Punto 1.2

i bet acceleration is a lot better now you have 14" steelies on instead of your 17s
And bring on the pictures! lol

Re: Corkys Black Punto 1.2
