Hi All
I have a issue with my Scudo 2002 2.0 JTD
it heats up very fast even in idle in idle it stays around 90degrees
but driving it shoots up to nearly the red and if i go fast it will show the STOP
The radiatorFan starts and runs fine I have changed the Thermostat
no oil or Water use, also there is good pressure on the pipes, furthermore
the Interior heating dosent really get that warm....

Anyone ?

Thinking sensor myself or even Waterpump, headgasket

could i bypass the sensor or somehow cheat the ECU

Cheers S. Kelly

Does the radiator get hot? If not it could be the impellor come off the water pump so the coolant doesn't flow. The fan is working because the area it is located in is getting hot but the rest of system may be cool.
