hi,:)
not model specific,
but generally - carefully remove the steel band / clip that holds on the lower radiator hose, ( replace with a new "jubilee" type work-drive clip)

wiggle off hose from lower rad. stub,
and both Hose + Rad will emit coolant until @95% of system is empty,

as usual - keep heater on MAX / HOT so it's full bore open

and undo the bleed points on radiator and bulkhead supply hose

Yes I agree with this, done it a couple of years ago when I fitted a new rad, bleeding air out afterwards can take a little while, make sure that you find all the bleed valves above the engine in front of the bulkhead, from memory my '97 had two. A replacement thermostat would be a good move whilst you are at it

Just about to fit a new rad on the same model, can someone basically talk me through what to undo and any pointers?
