Technical Constant Danger of ice warning

I have just brought a 2004 Stilo and the outside temperature display is wrong and shows danger of ice all the time. Would changing the outside temperature sensor rectify this? And if so where is it located?

Possibly.

Drivers side door mirror

Try disconnecting the door plug at the 'a' pilar and the drivers door first to see if the issue goes away (temp display should go blank ).

i had the same problem disconnected and used contact spray twice and reconnected and it seemed to be the same then did the reset on the heater controls and now is working fine.... dont know if the heater reset had anything to do with it but its been a week and temp is right:slayer:
