Hi!
I have connect nav+ with mobile phone features. For some operators I can't properly call out as dialog : "no connection available" is shown. In the same time I am able to receive incomming calls and read incomming SMS.

Does anybody have any ideas what to do?

Thanks,
Slavomir

What version software do you have on it (written in lower right corner when the fiat logo is displayed at startup)? I suggest you upgrade to 9.8, then see if fault is still there.

8.3. Should this be done by technical in Fiat Service or I can do it myself?
The problem is that with the other SIM card this feature works fine... both in/out going calls can be made...

Thanks. I made the upgrade and now I have 9.8 version.
Now the problem is bit different.
After I dial the number there is a little noise in speakers and after about 4 sec "call over" message is shown. What is interesting emergency number can be dial (112). All incoming call are ansered properly.

Do you have any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Ps. what option : "block for nedheralnds" in diagnostic page make? I've already switched it on but can't be disable anymore...

I think the "Block for netherlands" blocks out going calls as it is illeagal to dial while driving there. You need to un-do this function. I dont understand why you cant un-do it, mine goes on and off easily.....

Can you tell me how I can disable "block of netherlands"? In service menu it was possible to swtich it on but now it is red OK and button is disabled.

Thanks!
