Technical Connect Nav+ Black screen

Hi,


I have an issue with my Connect Nav+, it was working perfectly but after trying to start the vehicle a couple times the screen does not come up anymore. I have checked the fuse (Including the one in the back of the device) and also disconnected the (-) from the battery. The lights on the connect still illuminates (See picture included). Also tried to connect with multiecuscan but it can't connect to it with ELM327 cable although all the rest it can connect to. Anyone knows how to resolve this issue?

Hi, Welcome to the FF.

A blank screen could be because the screen is faulty, or one of the ribbon cable connectors inside the unit is faulty or loose.

Even if you could connect to it with Multiecuscan, it doesn't do in depth diagnosis of radio equipment. I would just show an "Internal Error" fault code.
