Technical Comfort Window Open / Close automatically

Hi guys,
I'm trying to enable the Comfort Windows open/close with Mes, but it gives me error on the proxi alignment.
(For the one who don't know what this is, it's the feature that allows you to automatically close the window, without holding up the button on the side door)

Is this a software feature? or it requires some hardware to get it working?

I had this happen to me when i change added cruice control(changed the whole assembly because of the clock spring so added a few $ to have cc), i thought that i'm doomed, but a few day later i flicked the cc switch and it suddenly worked.
Sorry for not being helpful, but this is an italian car after all, try singing to it or something

Does it currently work in 2 stages??

1. windows only moves as button triggered

2. A second trigger immediately the first mskes window continue automatically

My 2012 does that

I had tried to enable this option but also get proxy error (grande and evo abarths)
