General Clutch

Hello driving home today when clutch pedal stays down with no clutch stuck in second parked up pedal can be moved up and down like it's not connected to anything any ideas plz

This happened to me about 2 weeks ago.
If you look at the mechanism, the pedal is connected to the master cylinder via a large eye thingy that is held on by a split pin. The split pin on mine broke and the eye thingy popped off. Easy fix....
This is all inside the car...
