Pressing or releasing the clutch pedal makes an irritating squeak. Spraying some silicone oil on the springs and bits under the mechanism (I can see a thing like a hydraulic cylinder down there too) stops this for about a week.
What's causing it, and should I put some special lubrication somewhere (no laughing!)?
