Technical clutch pedal noise

Having a bad time with my 2001 1.9JTD which as done 86,000 miles.Just replaced drop links,anti roll bar bushes,front discs and pads,plus 2 front tyres.
Been having trouble with getting gears,so i bleed the clutch and clutch slave cylinder and things were a lot better but not 100%.
So i drained and replaced the gearbox oil ,but still the same.When the clutch pedal is pressed down there is a noise and a slight vibe can be felt through the clutch pedal.Has anybody had the same problem or know what could be wrong.I was going to change the clutch slave cylinder,but not sure now ,worried about this noise when clutch pressed in.Just confused that things got a lot better when clutch was bleed.Please dont say my clutch is on its way out.URGENT HELP NEEDED PLEASE.:worship::worship::worship::worship::worship::worship::worship:

Hi could it be the clutch thrust relaease bearing? They wear and become rough and can often be fealt under the foot...

That was another thought too.Can this be replaced on its own,or do you need to do clutch too.Money very tight so need cheapest route.Anyone done the job,all views very welcome.
