Clutch Help

Clutch has started to make lots of nasty sounding noises... Grinding and squealing.so i take it clutch release bearing has decided to call it a day!! Just been quoted £165inc vat to fit BRAND NEW 3 piece clutch(VALEO)unit....not a recon unit. 3 year warranty and will only take 3hrs is that a good price for new clutch?? the car is a Mk2 115hlx (1.8)2000.

Sounds great IMO if the price includes labour.
Mine was 180 in all for a JTD
