Yep. 1991 999cc Super (carb), 1992 999cc CLX, 1989 999cc 4x4, 1991 750cc, 1993 999cc Fizz
So all those Panda's came fitted with the type fitting in my Sisley, or you subsiquently fitted that type

They arrived with the cars, I never had to replace one. Hard to say if original equipment of course. The metal "stay" might have featured on more than one originally, but was not put back on when the cable was replaced perhaps?
My '92 CLX has the metal 'L' bit. It seems it depends on the model, not just the year.

And after me telling Jon to get a move on... what a b@$trd I have been!
Thanks for the photos, I dont think I have noticed the metal bracketed cables before when I have been looking on ebay. I think its easier to just get hold of one of those brackets like in Jons photo of his sisley cable. Sounds like its going to be a bit of lottery if I find a dumped panda that it has one though!!
