General Choke cable

so my 1990 1000cc fire engine panda came with manual choke cable in the boot,of course!!
Now I need to fit through bulkhead to new e gi e but where is access hole as I ca t seem to find a way through.
any help greatly appreciated, thanks

Don't take it as gospel but some manufacturers run cables through existing wiring grommets where large and often have a reinforced part of the rubber grommet to suit.
Hopefully another Forum Member with your model can take a photo.

shone a torch from engine bay so finally saw the light,sorted now
