was going to pick the GF up from work last night and was running a bit late (not unusual for me) i was going quick but not that much quicker than usual and coming up to a corner i take everyday of the week, now i know my car and i know what it can handle but last night i went round this corner and the back end came away from me, i countered and got control - but any worse i would have prolly been in the river, so i got out and there is this huge patch of oil in the road!!!! - couldn't belive it - igave the police a ring but god knows if they did anything [}:)]

just goes to show that you can never be 100% sure of what you are driving on

well, the other week when it was snowing in the night..

i took my car out to an empty carpark, and started practiceing driving in zero traction conditions..

extream fun, but i also learnd alot..

J-turns
360's
720's
Handbrake turns
powerslides
contriled stops

everything..

so i KNOW i can handle low traction conditions after spending 2hrs on the carpark doing that :)
