Bravo (Classic) Clock prob

Hi, I am new to this. I have acquired a 1997 Bravo 1.4 SX.(3dr Hatch). The battery failed and having fitted a new one can't reset the clock. Anyone help please?

it MAY be set by the raido signal - turn the radio on for a few mins + see,

otherwise ask in the bravo/a section,
