The throttle body is under the air cleaner assembly. Note that there is a rubber breather pipe from the air cleaner to the camshaft cover (a bit fiddly to push back on).
The throttle body sits on top of the inlet manifold. It includes the throttle butterfly, the combined air temp and pressure sensor (RHS) and the idle control stepper motor (LHS, integral).
Not sure about pouring brake fluid down there though. Brake cleaner is of course a different substance (more of a solvent, which makes sense for cleaning).
