Freemont Clarification on multiecuscan diy dongle

Hi all I am making a blue adapter dongle based on the information in the attached paperwork. From looking at the picture of the dongles and the diagrams. Is the diagram based on view looking from the back side of the connector

Pins are viewed / numbered from the back, i.e. where you actually solder the wires to.

Check the top left image of the wired male and female connectors.

Thank you for replying after your information Iade a blue adapter and was able to access the radio module but it doesn't lete do anything.
