i cant afford it now.... was hoping for a loan from my dad but thats a no go apparently..
hes retracting my bid if i win so one of who is interested might as well get it for £501 rather than him re selling.
pllzzz
Alex22 said:IBasically if you get this for £500 odd you'll probably need at least another £200 for setting up and repairs.
Alex22 said:I think the car is in serious need of setting up. i visited the seller (sound guy) and drove the car, but on boost all it would do is bunny hop, and quite frankly my N/A 1108 was quicker.
The big ends are on the way out too as he says in the ad but it seems to run ok for now.
it's not my place to influence but think about these things before bidding.
The car itself in in really nice condition with there only being one dent on the drivers side door the rest of the bodywork seems in really good condition, as does the interior.
Basically if you get this for £500 odd you'll probably need at least another £200 for setting up and repairs.
just my thoughts/warning

Honest :yum:
foxyemx said:Sounds a bit like my turbo when i bought it! So be warned this car WILL need a engine rebuild! So unless u have a dad/mate who can do that it will cost alot more than 200quid to fix.
J333EVO said:Up to £500, i still think its worth it, but a 2nd hand low millage 1108cc engine, swap pistons over, stick Speeso head gasket on it and job done.
Aaron.

custard boy said:depends how much it goes for.consider what the turbo kit in low boost flavour costs on its own. you could buy it,drop in a 1200 and low boost it.
relativly cheap option
