no no it is not a resitor, it is a real 28pins eprom.

i'am working on to get chiptuning for other fiats

Dip 28, you dont have to soldrer it. just take the old chip out, and plug the new in.


the fase 2 fiat brava/o use plcc 44, and then you have to soldrer it in.

They started fitting the Mk2 engine to Mk1s, there are at least 4 variants of the 1.6 ECU.

Who developed the map in your chip? What modifications did the test car have?

the test car only had sports exhaust, and kn injection.

it only fits mk1 engines. the chip is made for IAW 1AF .1G 5527-AC, but it has been installed in others ecu's with good results,

Sorry lads, as far as I know the Hitachi ECU in the 1.8 is sealed, you can't open it without damaging it.
