Im after a few spare parts and was just wondering if anyone knows some decent sites online to order off? I dropped a email at fiat but no reply lol.

I need a new door handle.. this morning it was so cold i tried opening the rear door and the handle snapped in two.. is it a easy job or am i taking the door to pieces?

I need a new tow pulley cap for the rear bumper (fell off somewhere?)

I need a new rear view mirror, tried halfords mirrors... crap, tried the suction mirrors.... crap... wouldnt mind an original seen some on ebay but they dont come with the whole thing, just the mirror without the metal thing it slides onto.

Probably plenty more things this car has had some hammer... decent sites anyone?

isnt the rear view bonded to the screen tho? just a mirror on a ball joint

door handle should be £3ish
Tow cap £1 (if non c/c)
rear view £5
are the very very max id spend

ziggy

your tow cap has most likely been nicked, for a little bit of plastic you can pay anything between 4-7 quid lol.

i use euro car care euro carparts ebay and my local breakers.

local breakers is the way to go, little bits of plastic from the dealers can be surprisingly cheap though so always worth getting a quote.

i believe the 'metal thing' the rearview mirror attaches to is bonded to the screen when its manufactured so you'd either need a new screen or to be very careful in removing the mount from a scrapped car

Yeah the metal mount is bonded to the screen. The mirror slides upwards and pops out over a retracting ball. We replaced a screen a few years back and the glass people didn't get it right and the wimpy kit from Halfords, which was superglue and a bit of gauze, didn't hold up either despite all sorts of precleaning. It's now happily fixed with good old epoxy and no gauze. I put the smallest bit of silicone grease on the mirror ball swivel to reduce the load when adjusting and it has a kind of stick slip feel to it now. Rigid until you move it when it's quite free.
