General chassis number

Hi, my chassis number is 110D-022152 and years is 1958 ,i very confuse about my chassis number, it's fiat 500D or fiat 500N? i need some help to let's me know about this.

Tiz a D.. who says it's 1958?
If it's the log book the that could have been filled in incorrectly....


Whats the engine number?
What does the alloy plate say?

According to my sources your chassis number fulls in the build year of 1961 it is a D model and is 1 of 86,842 built that year at the Mirafiori Turin factory.
