Styling Changing automatic gear knob

My husband has got a fiat punto semi automatic and I was looking at a new gear knob for him is it easy to change and would the attached image fit or is there an adapter I could buy to make it fit

Is the current knob also round?

Generally speaking.. the round ones just screw on..

Ps. All of the fiat cars probably use a similar size so SEARCH for similar posts
