What size are they on the front wheels of Panda's. The one in the middle you'd remove to do CV joint.

Want to remove it to get drive shafts off of smashed Selecta but haven't got one big enough so need to go and buy one, but need to know size

I will have an answer for you at 6:15pm if no-one else has posted Jon as I have some spare shafts in the garage at home. From memory I would say 30mm, but that's not useful if you're just going to buy one socket.

No rush as I won't be buying until tomorrow now

All I know is that my "It'll anything" socket set doesn't fit it

And sods law, dad got same set, with and extra socket which is about one size to big I think but is in those funny 1 1/4 measurements and not the propper mm that I've been brought up in

Make sure you've got a big bar to undo it, they're usually damn tight! Have you got a helper to stand on the brakes while you do it?

I got the scaffolding bar ready

Easiest way to do it is leave the wheel on while you loosen it. Just put a brick under the front or back, depending which side it is you're doing.

Ta, yea got brick behind each wheel. Good I haven't remove brake servo yet
